Gunma’s Ota Takashi is a candidate for Kanto and Tokyo
On the 10th, Japan High School Baseball Federation announced 9 schools recommended by 9 districts as 21st century frame candidate schools for selected high school baseball next spring. Sapporo International Information High School was nominated for Hokkaido, and Ota High School for Gunma was nominated for Kanto and Tokyo.
In addition to these two schools, Tadami High School in Fukushima was recommended for Tohoku, Oka High School in Mie for Tokai, and Nyu High School in Fukui for Hokushin’etsu. The three participating schools in the 21st century will be decided by the selection committee scheduled for January 28, next year.
