For the band from Brescia, Kaufman takes ‘6 minutes’ to tell scenes of everyday life – Il Mohicano

‘6 minutes’ (feat language) is the new single from Kaufman, Brescia band, distributed by INRI, which recently launched the album ‘Parkour (lato A), dragged by the single ‘Judo’, which featured another standard-bearer of the indie-pop scene, Cimini, and the production of Dade.

I quattro (Lorenzo Lombardi, Alessandro Micheli, Matteo Cozza, Simone Gelmini) return with this new single, this time in collaboration with Dile. In recent years Lorenzo Lombardi, voice and pen of the band, has also dedicated himself to the activity of author, writing among others for Luca Carboni, Marianne Mirage, e Max Gazzè (two songs in his latest ‘The mathematics of the branches’): this time too he immerses himself in the narration of real, everyday life scenes, in which the listener can identify himself. This is the winning weapon of the Kaufmans, who are the spokespersons of a relaxed but restless generation, the daughter of uncertain times.

“There are moments – they explain – when we feel wrong, out of place, down on serotonin. Where we are terrified of our feelings and everything we do is out of place and out of time. We are graduated in making life complicated. We look for each other all over the world, from London to Beijing to our sofa and yet as soon as we parted we became strangers “.
