‘Lewandowski puts agent to work: move to Real Madrid beckons’

Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich after this season, the Spanish AS knows. The Polish goalkeeper is said to have asked his agent to keep him at Real Madrid after this season.

Pini Zahavi, Lewandowski’s 78-year-old agent, is currently following his client’s instructions. The striker still has a contract until mid-2023 in Germany and wants Bayern to have money left over from his departure at all costs. The sight that The Royal worldwide is reportedly the main reason why Lewandowski wants to move to the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid is in doubt. The Madrilenians are making no secret of the fact that Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland are top priorities, leaving the timing to be unsatisfactory. In addition, Karim Benzema is in absolute top form and Real sees little chance of putting one of the two strikers on the bench. According to AS, Benzema and Real are currently in talks to extend the Frenchman’s contract.
