Larkins named NHL Player of the Week

Dylan Larkin, Detroit’s Red Wings striker, has been named the brightest star or best player of the National Hockey League last week, the organizers of the tournament inform.

The second star was awarded to St. Louis Blues striker Vladimir Tarasenko, and the third best was awarded to Winnipeg Jets striker Nikolai Eller.

Larkins scored five goals in three games and made two assists, helping the Detroit team win two.
