Group Highlight member Yoon Doo-jun burned the fighting spirit for the first win.
In the tvN entertainment program ‘Racquet Boys’, which aired on the 13th, Yoon Doo-joon was engaged in high-intensity training ahead of his final goal, the national competition.
After the evaluation match against the legend, director Yong-dae Lee made the final doubles by Yoon Doo-joon and Yang Se-chan, Jang Seong-gyu and Yoon Hyun-min, Oh Seung-wook and Boo Seung-kwan, and Kim Min-ki and Jeong Dong-won to participate in the national competition. Yoon Doo-joon and Yang Se-chan, who had worked together three times in doubles, were satisfied with the name of the team ‘Sabi and Sabi’ when they became partners.
Afterwards, the Racquet Boys began training in rubber bands performed by real badminton players ahead of their participation in the national amateur badminton club competition. Despite training, Yoon Doo-joon and Yang Se-chan satisfies coach Lee Yong-dae with perfect breathing, raising expectations for a win.
In addition, Yoon Doo-joon was selected as a preliminary group 1 with Oh Sang-wook, and he started training again, and he made director Yong-dae Lee happy with his breathing enough to cause jealousy of his partner Yang Se-chan.
Then, one week before the national competition, the Racquet Boys formed a doubles group with the Yongin badminton club at the same level as the actual contestants and played a tournament.
In the first match, Yoon Doo-joon and Yang Se-chan came out, and from the beginning, they took the lead with a swift smash and took the lead. The two boasted a fantastic breathing and led the atmosphere with a storm attack, and used clean drop shots in succession to drain the opposing team’s strength.
Yoon Doo-joon and Yang Se-chan did not lose concentration even in the tight rally and continued the match without concessions, but unfortunately lost and failed to win one. However, the two continue to improve their skills with perfect double breathing, raising expectations for their first win.
‘Racquet Boys’ is Korea’s first professional badminton entertainment, depicting the journey of passionate newbies in badminton through breaking the seals with experts from all over the country to participate in the national competition. It airs every Monday at 8:40 PM.
