The little Segway is only a month old.
However, the animal’s weight has quadrupled since it was born.
Segway is not only very similar to a softball – the size is also roughly correct.
In the meantime the little one has opened his eyes and moves more and more in his cave every day.

Segway is the first healthy armadillo to see the light of day in the Washington zoo for over 100 years.
The newborn has a few weeks of rest and enjoys spending time with its mother Vespa.
