More than a hundred sports technicians and directors participated in the activity of the Continuing Training Program for coaches aimed specifically at basketball sports clubs and entities.

Miguel Santos, from his experience in the training categories of Real Madrid and Rivas Ecópolis, explained the importance of having a joint club methodology to help players continue to grow. The coach invited us to reflect on how we teach basketball and the need to influence the process and not the result, he was convinced to individualize vs. personalize with the players of the quarry building a project of progress and evolution, and highlighted how one of the keys is trying to connect with the players, not imposing.
