The sports collaborators contract governs the employment relationships of employees of sports facilities and companies, such as multipurpose sports centers or sites that include several facilities of various types, gyms, swimming centers or swimming pools / swimming pools, for the performance of the sporting discipline of tennis, of paddle and squash, fields for playing golf, minigolf and footgolf, football, five-a-side football, rugby and baseball, or, again, for carrying out the sporting discipline of volleyball, basketball, handball, beach volleyball and beach tennis.

Workers with a 2021 sports collaborator contract are entitled to a holiday period of 26 working days per year if they work six days a week, while if they work five days a week, the annual holiday period is 22 days.
The weekly rest days and national and midweek holidays falling within the holiday period must not be considered for the purposes of calculating holidays. In these cases, the vacation period is extended by as many days as there are weekly rest days and national and midweek holidays included in it.
The days of vacation of each employee are agreed between the employer and the workers compatibly with the needs of the company / sports center / equestrian center / dog center and similar and those of the workers, and can be divided into no more than two periods.
The vacation period is interrupted if during the same period an illness occurs regularly reported and recognized by the competent health structures for the area.
Should particularly serious situations arise, the employer has the right to call the employee back before the end of the holiday period, without prejudice to the right of the worker to complete said period at a later time, and is required to reimburse the worker for the expenses incurred both for the return and for the return to the place of vacation.
We specify that the sports collaborators contract does not provide for any compensation for workers who spontaneously show up on duty during the holiday shift assigned to them.

During the holiday period, workers with contract sports collaborators have the right to receive the normal monthly salary for the entire holiday period due to the National Collective Labor Agreement without any reduction. We specify that the salary for workers with sports collaborators contract depends on the level of professional classification of the employee himself and is of:
- € 1,735.25 (plus a gross monthly function allowance of € 60) for middle managers;
- € 1,653.11 for Level 1;
- 1,504.41 euros for Level 2;
- € 1,356.03 for Level 3;
- € 1,243.34 for Level 4;
- 1,171.69 euros for Level 5;
- 1,105.08 euros for Level 6;
- 1,018.60 euros for Level 7.
In the event of resignation or dismissal, the worker with a sports collaborator contract has the right to receive as many twelfths of the holiday period as the number of months of work performed for the relevant year.
