Pacher makes Ferrara rejoice, Forlì falls in the final

“It’s my f * ckin home!” This is how the American winger shouts to his fans after the crazy triple that allows the biancoazzurri to win again after a really difficult period. The Unieuro after having commanded for a large part of the race, well compensating the absence of Hayes with the great performances of Palumbo and Carroll, falls on the best. In the final Bolpin in fact sends the free +3 on the iron and with seven seconds left Pacher dribbles up to the arc of the three points then firing the shot that makes the whole Giuseppe Bondi Arena rejoice.
In the early stages of the match, Forlì has a better start with Carroll who takes advantage of the Este defensive amnesia scoring fourteen points in the first quarter alone, allowing the red and white to close the first fraction on +10 already. Palumbo also plays a great game combining triple and a lot of defense while Ferrara’s shooters struggle to get into the game. The most difficult moment for the Este team is undoubtedly at the beginning of the third quarter when Forlì escapes on +12 but the reaction of the Top Secret arrives with Petrovic and Mayfield who find baskets that are anything but easy. Even the defense of coach Leka begins to hit hard, denying as much as possible easy receptions to the players from Forlì.
This leads to a very tight final where Petrovic hits from three for -1 but Bolpin repays with the same coin making the many people from Forlì who arrived in Ferrara rejoice. Unieuro misses the knockout blow, however, and Pacher scores first by being fouled after Vencato’s error, on the other hand Bolpin scores zero out of two from the line and Pacher again delivers two points that are pure oxygen to the Top Secret.
