NBA Top 75 – highlights: the ultimate mixtape of all named players, but no sign of Damian Lillard’s start to the season

Now that the NBA has delivered its verdict and unveiled the list of the seventy-six best players in history, it can offer all these beautiful people a little light. On the menu of the day: a mixtape that brings together the most beautiful actions of the selected players.

When Napoleon saw the pyramids, he said to his troops: “forty centuries of history contemplate us”. By watching this video, it’s only seventy-five years that stand before us but we can still measure the progress made by the League since its creation. All these players, former or current, who mingle in a compilation, mixing looks, styles and achievements. Seventeen minutes of pure happiness to contemplate the glories of the past competing with the current stars on actions all more impressive than the others. Shoots for the win, big posters, insane passes, mind-blowing dribbles, there’s everything, and it’s impossible not to have your heart beating at a mile an hour seeing all these geniuses of the basketball at the height of their glory. Not only are these spectacular actions but some have made it possible to write the history of this League, offering titles to some or, conversely, blocking access to others (the cons of LeBron, the Ray Allen shot, Magic Johnson hook to name a few). We may not agree with the selection (yes, Damian Lillard and Anthony Davis are present) but the editing is breathtaking and we can only applaud the NBA for the job achieved. It promises for the next edition!

The NBA has released a mixtape compiling the best actions of the seventy-six best players in history. In black and white or in color, in short or long shorts, these images exude greatness so we put on the helmet, we choose a good chair and we fully enjoy.
