Zamorano judo starts strong | Zamora Day

After almost two years having a very bad time, barely being able to train in Zamora, making a very great effort, having to go to Salamanca to train because of the pandemic, Judo Zamorano begins this new season with great enthusiasm, joy, desire and with many challenges ahead.

Today, Saturday the 9th, four Judocas belonging to the Judo morales club (photo) have participated in the federative training, Miriam Silvares, Sergio Rodrigo, Juan Meana and Elena Bahamonde gathered at the facilities of the high-performance center for elite athletes in the capital Vallisoletana where they trained with the best of the panorama of Castilla y León.

On the other hand, to say how strong this course begins, on the 15th, 16th and 17th Sergio Rodrigo, Álvaro del Arco and Sara Ventosa will compete in the Suances children’s cup and cadet of Spain.

In those same days Miriam Silvares will be summoned by the selection of Castilla y León (the only Zamorana) for an international event where there will be an impressive representation from an Olympic champion, world medalists and competitors from practically all over the world.

On the 29th, 30th and 31st Spanish Super Cup in Avilés where Miriam Silvares and Sergio Rodrigo will be there and without time to think about it on November 6, cadet and child ranking that will serve to bring out the team that will represent us in the Spanish championship in Madrid , where we hope to have a Zamorano representative on the team.

What has been said begins to see the light inside the tunnel, and the Judo Zamorano resumes with force this new and exciting course.
