Although withdrawn and absent this week in California for the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells, Ashleigh Barty will become this Monday the eighth player of the Open era to reach the 100 weeks at the top of the world rankings.
The Australian is getting dangerously close to Justine Henin and her 117 weeks as world number one but she is still very far from the untouchables Serena Williams, Martina Navratilova and Steffi Graf.
