With Ederson finalist, France Football announces candidates for the best goalkeeper in the world

France Football magazine, which distributes awards such as the Golden Ball, for the best player of the season, and the Yashin award, for the best goalkeeper, announced this Friday the 10 finalist archers competing for the award.

In the list, highlight for the goalkeeper Ederson, of Manchester City and of the Brazilian national team. The goalkeeper is Pep Guardiola’s absolute titleholder in the English team and, last season, he actively participated in the English title won by the cityzens.

During this season, the goalkeeper stood out, being, among all in the league, the one with the lowest average of conceded goals per match, with 0.78.

Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson, titleholder of Tite in the national team and winner of the award in 2019, was left out this year.
