The final chapter of the Bradley Athletics Hall of Fame has a certain sweetness to it.
The 2005-06 men’s basketball team, which made it to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Championship, leads the four newest members of Bradley Athletics Hall of Fame, scheduled to honor on February 19.
The 2022 class also includes soccer player Joe Donohoe, golfer Barry Iris, and men’s basketball player Andrew Warren. They are scheduled to attend a luncheon at the Renaissance Coliseum on February 19, with an official presentation that afternoon in the first-half game against the Illinois State contender at Carver Arena.

2005-06 Bradley men’s basketball
One of four MVC teams to win a major championship bid that season, the Braves 13th seed (22-11) opened the NCAA with a 77-73 surprise from No. 4 seed Kansas before a 72-66 victory. over No. 5 seed Pittsburgh They lost to top seed Memphis in the regional semifinals.

Fourth-year coach Jim Lees topped a list that included Patrick O’Bryant’s selection in the 2006 NBA Lottery and nine players who went on to play professional basketball.

Joe Donohoe, fútbol
The two-year starting player led Rutgers BU’s move during a historic era. With Donoho, BU won back-to-back Missouri Valley Conference titles, winning his first MVC Championship title (2007) and his first NCAA game on his way to the 2007 Elite Eight.
In 2007, Donoho was a multi-group All-America selection on his way to becoming the show’s first MVC men’s soccer player of the year. He then went on to play professionally in 2010 for FC Tampa Bay in Major League Two of Major League Soccer.

Barry Arayes, women’s golf
One of eight Bradley golfers to win multiple individual championship titles, she also assisted BU in six tag team championships, including crowning the 2006 Missouri Valley Conference.
A three-time All-MVC selection left Bradley with the 2007 MVC singles title and 21 career top 10 rankings, then best program. His career average score of 77.7 was also his highest when he left in 2009.
Andrew Warren, men’s basketball
For five years from 2006-11, the player ranked 10th on the list of goalscorers in the program’s history (1621 points).
MVC Women:Bradley’s girls’ basketball was fifth in MVC’s preseason poll
After choosing a supervisor for MVC as a junior, Warren shone as a senior. He was first on the MVC and NABC All-District 16 team in 2010-11: He led Valle in scoring average (18.8), 3-point field goals per game (2.4), free throws per game (4.2) and minutes (36.7)).
Warren has played professionally for 10 seasons since graduation. It is suitable for the NBA G-League, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Germany and Italy.
