Next Sunday, the Corrientes Archery club will hold an homologative and ranking tournament, under the orbit of the Argentine Archery Federation (Fatarco).
It will be the first time that a tournament in 3D mode has been played in the city, which implies that the competitors shoot at targets that are silhouettes of animals, in a tour of the field, which causes certain difficulties, such as uneven terrain or sloping shots .
The competition will be on the premises owned by the club in the El Perichón neighborhood from 8. The event will be open to the public with free admission, respecting sanitary protocols.
The competition will feature shooters from different provinces, with some representatives from the Argentine team.
It will be the second official tournament of the club so far this year (a field game was held in May), after several suspensions and rescheduling of the calendar, as a result of the pandemic generated by covid-19.
