The national doubles players were 85% effective on their first serve, while they broke their rivals’ serve in one of three chances they had. Koepfer and Gillé also had a break, but they were able to do it five times.
In the quarterfinals, the Colombians left Stefanos Tsitsipás, number 3 in the world in singles, who participated in a double with the Spanish Feliciano López.
