Leicester City and Napoli shared the points after an interesting night of football. Castagne and substitute Tielemans led their club 2-0, but Victor Osimhen managed to score 2 more times: 2-2.
Timothy Castagne was the only compatriot who started in this top game of group C. Dries Mertens was still in the basket and Youri Tielemans had to make peace with a place on the bench.
The Red Devil saw how his team quickly took the lead after a striking shot from Ayoze Perez.
Tielemans was allowed to come in and almost immediately signed for an assist. Patson Daka’s party was canceled due to offside. The 2-0 came a little later anyway. Harvey Barnes took care of that.
Then Victor Osimhen thought his moment had come. The ex-Charleroi player first tapped the 2-1 with a subtle tap over goalkeeper Schmeichel and in the 88th minute the 2-2 followed.
