Initiation from 6 years to the practice of motorcycle sport
September 11 and 12 in 40 specialized structures
With the start of the new school year, we will soon be returning to the forums of sports associations to find an activity in which to register your child for the next 12 months.
How about a change from the gym, soccer, dance and judo to get on a motorcycle? Indeed, it is possible in France to practice motorcycle sport from 6 years old, depending on the type of discipline chosen.
To give more visibility to young people and their parents and allow them to have a first approach to the practice of motorcycling, the French Motorcycling Federation is launching its Motorcycle Discovery Days this year, on September 11 and 12.
For two days and throughout France, no less than 40 French Motorcycling Schools, Educational Moto-Clubs and Partner Moto-Clubs are mobilized to introduce children to the disciplines on offer, such as motocross or trial.
These initiation days will of course be supervised and organized in accordance with educational rules.

As part of our mission to develop motorcycling sport, these Motorcycle Discovery Days represent a unifying event on a national scale. They will make it possible to open up our sport to a large public and thus to participate in its democratization. For this first edition, 40 structures are mobilized, so many opportunities for young people to discover motorcycling sport in complete safety.
