Help for flood victims from Havertz | fastenSPORTS

Kai Havertz raised funds for people affected by the floods in West Germany in July that killed at least 190 people.

The Chelsea football player, who collected around 400,000 euros, also helped rescue ponies and donkeys from slaughterhouses. The 22-year-old actress has auctioned off 100 pairs of boots she designed specifically to raise funds for flood victims. Havertz collected it in collaboration with the German Red Cross to ensure that aid reaches victims directly.

Havertz was born and raised in Aachen, one of the flood-affected areas.
