The Doryoku Judo Club ends a month of sports camps in Aldeadávila de la Ribera. The charro club destined four weeks for different age groups, from the youngest (just 6 years old) to the senior group. For a total of ten years, the Doryoku Sports Club has been organizing this type of activities in summer, for the promotion of Judo and education in sports values.

Current circumstances forced the groups to be divided into four age groups and in turn in each of them to work in stable groups. Judo training and other recreational and sports activities were scheduled throughout the day, guided by the club’s coaches. Relationships and social skills within the groups are part of the specific work that was developed in these weeks.

In total there have been 200 judokas who have participated in this edition which has also had exceptional guests. To the already habitual ones and coming from Madrid, new colleagues from Valladolid have joined. They have not arrived alone and it is that, in addition to the coaches of the Doryoku Club, two National Masters were added such as Raúl Miguel and Paco de la Calle (both with the sixth DAN of Judo).

Both the organizers, the participants and their families have been extremely satisfied with the evolution of the sports campus, which throughout these years has become a fundamental pillar. The emotional aspect is possibly the one that makes the difference in these types of activities. Decision-making, conflict resolution, empathy, trust and teamwork have been very present every week and always from a happy, dynamic and inclusive point of view.
