The judokas of Briec and Ergué-Gabéric unite in the Judo club of the country Glazik – Ergué-Gabéric

“The club had 125 members before confinement. Our objective is to reach 300 members in the next two years ”, indicated Louis Le Berre, president of the Judo club of the country Glazik, during an extraordinary general assembly, Saturday, June 26, in Croas-Spern.

A goal that does not seem out of reach given the team of motivated managers of the club and the number of people present at its general assembly. The club’s teacher, Bernard Errembault, soon joined by Chloé Majal, gives lessons in Briec, Ergué-Gabéric, Landudal and, from the start of the school year, in Gouézec. It also works in schools and leisure centers.

Health through judo

The club also intends to invest in the “Judo-health” niche: “Bernard Errembault is authorized to intervene on medical prescription. The Mutuals then cover part of the cost, ”said Louis Le Berre.

In addition, the club is looking for partners to finance the purchase of a nine-seater minibus.

Including the 40 € of the license, the annual subscription is fixed at 195 € for judo, 140 € for baby-judo and taïso. A partial refund of the 2020-2021 membership fee will be offered.

To cope with the consequences of confinement, the club knows it can count on municipal and departmental subsidies.
