The Euroleague MVP tracked by an NBA franchise?

Vasilije Micic was drafted in 52th position by the Philadelphia Sixers in 2014. But he never tried his luck in the NBA. The Serbian leader has been traveling through Europe and its big clubs since, with visits to Bayern Munich, Belgrade, Kaunas or Efes since 2018. He has asserted himself there as one of the best players on the continent.

Suddenly, a franchise is thinking of bringing him to the United States. According to Yahoo! Sports, the Chicago Bulls, who are looking for a manager, would like to bet on the 27-year-old. But for that, they will first have to convince the Thunder to cede the rights to them. Indeed, they regained control of Micic during the transfer leading Al Horford and According to Maledon in Oklahoma.

Vasilije Micic would also have a condition before crossing the Atlantic: that of being a holder in the NBA. The Bulls have room at post one but they may also be tempted to sign players already in the league during the offseason. One of their positions leads in particular to Lonzo Ball.

Winner of the Euroleague and the Turkish championship with Anadolu, Micic was named MVP of the most prestigious European competition while slamming 16 points and 5 assists of average.
