The BSHOP Basketball, it is a ready-to-wear (clothes / shoes) and equipment (balls) store for basketball and lifestyle.
The shop was originally created in Boulogne sur Mer (62) by Guillaume SZASZCZAK (former professional player, European Champion under 18 in 2000 with the band at Tony PARKER). After a first move to Boulogne-sur-Mer, the store moved to 265 Rue Léon Gambetta in Lille 4 and a half years ago.
Lucas, a Bachelor in Sports Management student at WIN Lille, is doing his internship in this store:
“I chose to do my internship here, because sales has been an area that has intrigued me for some time. Combining the world of sport and that of sales is something that is not done everywhere if you are away from the traditional Decathlon and Intersport, so it was an opportunity to be seized.
My missions are mainly oriented around the customer: sales / advice, shelving, facing, merchandising, order preparation. The relationship with the customer is essential in this profession.
Another aspect of my mission is the stock: receiving deliveries, stock management, inventory, preparation and then sending of orders or click & collect. These tasks are very important and must be carried out with the greatest concentration, so do not make mistakes. The customer is once again at the heart of these missions since they are intended to satisfy him. “
