While in the Czech Republic most fans are clear and perceive the punishment for Ondřej Kúdel as extremely unfair, the opposite opinion prevails abroad.
This became apparent immediately after UEFA rejected Slavia’s footballer’s appeal. Especially in Great Britain, the case of “Tow vs. Kamara ”a sensitive and widely watched topic.
This was also confirmed on Wednesday evening shortly after the decision of the Board of Appeal. Although the cradle of football lived mainly in the final sword of the European League (Manchester United vs. Villarreal), the fate of the Czech defender did not escape the attention of the media and fans.
There is no doubt about guilt
“Ondřej Kúdela lost his racist appeal, UEFA expelled the fanatic from the Euro,” the Scottish boulevard Daily Record said. He added in the subtitle of the article that the Czech player was “brazl”.

More serious websites, such as the BBC, also wrote about the failure of Kudel’s hearing, but most of the reactions on social networks were in the spirit: “Did he still have the audacity to appeal?” There is little doubt about the guilt of Slavia’s support in Britain.
There were also jokes (and “jokes”), among which the attempt of an unknown humorist to edit Kudel’s password on Wikipedia stands out. However, his improvement on the term “racist” among the milestones of the player’s career did not last long.
