Within the Operations Department of Dalkia Sud-Ouest and more particularly of the Midi-Pyrénées Operational Center, you are Hospitality Manager m / f on a tertiary site located in Colomiers (31) in the aeronautics sector.

The Hospitality Manager m / f is end customer oriented. He brings expertise in interpersonal skills and service.

Its missions have for only objective: The satisfaction of the beneficiaries and the relational excellence

Your missions on site:

1- Be the spokesperson for the beneficiaries

• Carry out daily rounds to prevent non-conformities in the so-called “sensitive” areas of the site with high traffic and / or visible to key people (management, visitors, customer customers, etc.)

• Monitor the well-being of occupants and visitors on a daily basis (by collecting information relating to site news to anticipate needs), in particular by carrying out satisfaction surveys

• Digitize the customer relationship (implementation of IOT …)

• Set up KPIs on services and analyze them

• Collect information relating to site news (major preventive maintenance, organization of seminars, etc.) to anticipate needs, anticipate complaints by correcting dysfunctions even before they are perceived

• Create a network of ambassadors and lead the relationship (flyers, breakfast, rounds, etc.)

• Animate the site with events

2- Control of services

• Performing audits (subcontractors, contract, etc.)

• Implementation of self-checks

• Mapping of building irritants

3- Infuses a sense of on-site service for contract management and for staff skills development

• Leads training and awareness raising

• Federates around the subjects of interpersonal skills

• Identifies building management optimizations having an impact on interpersonal skills

• Is a force of advice and proposals to the client
