With 18.7 points – the best average of his career – and 14.6 rebounds per game, the pivot is still one of the most attractive players in his position for the top-teams. And despite his good appearance in Ohio, he wouldn’t be against the idea of joining a title contender. One of them would have his favors according to Zach Harper of The Athletic.
Drummond is the most intriguing player on this list, if we take Derrick Rose out maybe. Several league sources have mentioned that after Harden’s trade in Brooklyn, it is only a matter of time before he finds a deal on a buyout and joins the Nets to help their domestic sector.
Even if it means evolving under the colors of a 3rd franchise in the space of a few months, you might as well do it in the one with the largest roster in terms of superstars in the East. In any case, this is the reflection that Drummond must have, which would therefore make Brooklyn his preferred destination. This is good, since New Yorkers would look forward to his coming.
