Neymar is probably holding a mega party
The corona pandemic is keeping the world in suspense. Football star Neymar does not seem to stop wanting to pop the corks with several hundred guests: And that in Brazil, where more than 190,000 people have already died of Corona.
The Brazilian soccer player Neymar has sparked a wave of outrage in his country: the latest reports do not cast soccer star Neymar in a good light. As the well-known Brazilian journalist Ancelmo Goisdie writes in the newspaper “O Globo”, the striker from the top French club Paris Saint-Germain is said to have planned a mega party over several days in his native Brazil. 500 guests should be invited to the secret break in a rented luxury villa in Mangaratiba near Rio de Janeiro.
Many years ago, Neymar had a huge nightclub built in the vicinity of his estate with a dance floor, large stages for artists, arcades, video games and much more. In order to apparently let the planned five-day event run under the radar, the kicker allegedly took precautions. According to the report, he is said to have expanded the basement of the building with soundproofing so that loud music and exuberant atmosphere do not call neighbors on the scene. He is also said to have forbidden his guests to use their smartphones during the party so that they could not find any pictures or videos on social networks afterwards.
190.000 Corona-Tote
Neymar is said to have even rented houses nearby to avoid suspicion and to have hired several singers and bands for entertainment. So far, the soccer star has not commented on the party rumors. It is unclear whether the party will still take place after the report. In Brazil, the number of corona deaths recently exceeded the 190,000 mark.
Neymar’s club PSG will resume the Ligue 1 season on January 6th with an away game at St. Etienne. Neymar was last out for several weeks due to an ankle injury, but should be able to play again in early January. Before that, it would have to be tested negative for Corona in order to even be able to enter France.
The Brazilian had already caused a corona vortex in the summer: Together with the French superstar Kylian Mbappé, he had tested positive for the virus after a joint Ibiza vacation with other PSG players and thus missed the start of the season.
