The young fighters of the Judo-club of Châteauneuf returned with great pleasure to the dojo last week. They even practiced on new tatami mats. Taking advantage of the Christmas holidays, they catch up with lessons. “After the videoconference lessons and then outdoors in the car park, the children rediscovered the warmth of the room on the ground floor of the Ar Sterenn complex,” explains Béatrice Rubeaux-Grandin, teacher.
Free course for all
“Tuesday, December 22, we offered a free training day to all members,” she adds. We revised the falls and worked on learning new ones. The techniques are reviewed with an educational mannequin dedicated to judo ”. Classes on Saturday January 2 are continued: from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for children born from 2013 to 2017 inclusive and from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for children born from 2008 to 2012 inclusive. Another free course for members will take place on Tuesday, December 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the dojo. Those who still wish to register can do so before Monday, December 28.
