Since November, the Colomiers dojo is no exception, it has been closed and judo and taïso lessons have stopped. To avoid fate, the teachers decided to lead videoconference lessons for almost all age groups, from mini-chicks to seniors. The course programs are adapted so that they can be taught at a distance. Muscle strengthening, flexibility, mobility games, etc …, nothing is forgotten. Thanks to this initiative, the social dimension of judo and of the association is preserved from the horrors of confinement. The craze is at the rendezvous in all sections. Distance courses will be maintained until the reopening of the dojo.
