They live in the moment and savor being able to retrain. Since Tuesday, December 15, 2020, indoor sports have been allowed to resume training, only for minors.

It is contactless. The youngsters each have a ball and cannot pass each other, which adds complexity. We must also respect physical distancing. The shoots, the dribbles, the slalom. And for the older categories, a small dose of physical preparation. After two months of hiatus, it’s all about getting everyone back in shape. We will also see the health evolution at the beginning of the year.

One training per day for young people; seniors not before February 2021

If a third confinement is potentially to be feared, the young people of the Pontivy club live the present moment and savor the fact of being able to play basketball again. Although the exercises may be a little different than usual.

During the school holidays, there is training almost every day. With five-six sessions, or around ten hours, for each category. I would like to thank the City of Pontivy for opening the room to us: we can consider ourselves happy because this is not the case in all the municipalities.
