Monterrey drew 1-1 with Tijuana on Wednesday in the second leg of the Copa Mx final and thanks to the fact that in the first leg they won 0-1, they won their third Cup and with that they made a triplet in Mexican football. Now Monterrey is the current champion of the Concacaf Cup, League and Champions League.
Without demanding themselves and handing over possession to the rival, the Rayados got shots from Arturo González, Carlos Rodríguez and Chilean Sebastián Vegas that, had it not been for rejections from goalkeeper Jonathan Orozco, would have pierced the Tijuana net in the first half.
