The player in question has been placed in quarantine and is following NFL protocol for COVID-19. Last week, cornerback Marlon Humphrey was declared a carrier of the virus, which had forced the organization to place seven other athletes in confinement. This time, no one should suffer the same fate.

“There have been no high-risk contacts and no other club member needs to isolate themselves,” the Ravens said in a statement. We will continue to work closely with the NFL, our doctors and our coaches to follow their recommendations. ”

Humphrey’s name was taken from the unavailable roster on Wednesday after he missed last weekend’s game. The Maryland roster will visit the New England Patriots on Sunday night.
