Lot. Successful detection for young badminton players

This Saturday, October 17, 2020 took place at the Montat sports hall, near Cahors in the Lot, the first level of the federal detection in practice of badminton. It concerns young players born in 2010, 2011 and 2012. 17 young people from Saint-Céré, Gourdon, Le Montat and including 10 from Pradines Badminton were present.

This detection consists of evaluate the participants according to very precise criteria and thus determine the “good snowshoes”, ie identify the most skilled young people in terms of handling. Depending on the results obtained during the exercises, matches and observations, some of them will be called for the upper echelon, namely regional detection. Fingers crossed for our young badists and we wish them every success.

Conference

The Saturday, November 7, 2020, the Badminton Committee 46 is organizing in collaboration with the Ligue Occitanie, a technical conference on doubles defense. These courses are open to all players, parents, supervisors, EPS teachers and all people who are directly or indirectly interested in badminton.

It will be moderated by Xavier Demanze (trainer for the Occitanie Badminton League and ex-high-level player).
