The Catalan Football Federation made it public this morning the groups of Group 5 of the Third Division. The 22 Catalan teams in the category will be distributed in two subgroups of 11 teams each in the first phase of the competition, according to the criterion of proximity.
The distribution of the equipment in the two subgroups will be the following one:

The start of the 2020-2021 season in the Third Division is scheduled for the weekend of October 17 and 18. The championship will have a total of 22 days in each subgroup, and the participating teams will face off in a double round.
Once the first phase is over, and depending on their classification, the teams will play in the second phase for promotion to the Second RFEF Division, the current Second B, which will have a new creation category, the First RFEF; the second phase for the final phase for promotion to the Second RFEF Division; or the second phase for the permanence in Third.
Subsequently, there will be a third phase of competition, corresponding to the final phase of the qualifiers and the play-off for promotion to the Second RFEF Division.
