Luis Suárez agrees personal terms with Juventus – report

Luis Suárez and Juventus have reached an agreement on a personal level, according to Italian transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio. Although the agreement is not fully concluded, it is clear that the two sides have already agreed on the bases and now it is mainly a matter of finding an agreement with Barcelona.

Suárez is still under contract, although Ronald Koeman is known not to want him this season. The question is whether he will be allowed to leave for free or whether Barcelona will ask for a tax. The striker can also ask Barcelona to pay any outstanding money in his contract before trying to get rid of him, but if the club disagrees, they could keep him at Camp Nou and simply not let him play. Obviously, in this scenario, Barcelona would pay huge salaries to the Uruguayan, only to not be forced to do anything. A situation of defeat.

Juventus have not yet given up Edin Džeko, it is rumored. If he leaves AS Roma and joins the old lady of Italian football, Suárez could be in excess of the requirements. Ajax are intended as a possible landing place for the Uruguayans, who now have money thanks to the sale of Donny van de Beek to Manchester United.

Džeko’s transfer could depend on Roma’s ability to deal with Cengiz Ünder, Alessio Riccardi and an additional stake to Napoli in exchange for Arkadiusz Milik.
