West Ham will “sell” the rice
Chelsea will be able to sign Declan Rice from West Ham if he pays a lot.
Former Irons forward Frank McAvennie has insisted if Chelsea meet Rice’s asking price, the 21-year-old will leave.
Speaking to Football Insider, he said: “You’re talking about £ 80 million for Harry Maguire.
“I think if it’s worth it, West Ham will think Declan is worth somewhere between £ 60-80m.
