After winning last weekend in Milan-Sanremo, the Belgian Wout Van Aert today won the first stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné, run Wednesday from Clermont-Ferrand to Saint-Christo-en-Jarez. The Belgian won in the sprint ahead of the South African Daryl Impey and the Colombian Egan Bernal.
