2020 Austrian MotoGP results, Dovizioso confirms the King of the Red Bull Ring

KOMPAS.com – The 2020 Austrian MotoGP results put Andrea Dovizioso as the fastest racer in the main race session which took place at the Red Bull Ring Circuit, Sunday (16/8/2020) evening WIB.

With this result, Andrea Dovizioso has the right to occupy the first podium of the Austrian MotoGP.

Dovizioso beat Suzuki Ectar riders, Joan Mir and Jack Miller from the pramac Racing team).

Dovizioso’s victory also confirmed his status as king at the Red Bull Ring Circuit.

He has never failed to break into the top three in the last five seasons of Austrian MotoGP at the Red Bull Ring Circuit, from 2016 to 2020.

Dovizioso’s positive record feels even more perfect after he is listed as the racer with the most wins (3 times) at the 4.3 kilometer circuit.

Before the 2020 season, he had won the 2017 and 2019 Austrian MotoGP.

In MotoGP 2017, he was ranked first by surpassing the two Repsol Honda riders, Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa.

While in MotoGP 2019, Dovizioso was again ahead of Marc Marquez and Fabio Quartararo (Petronas Yamaha SRT).

Thanks to the victory at the 2020 Austrian MotoGP, Dovizioso has the right to move up to second place in the standings with a collection of 56 points.

He is under Fabio Quartararo who is in first place with 67 points.

This is somewhat impressive because previously Dovizioso was in fourth place in the 2020 MotoGP standings.
