The great Ramazani is ready for transfer after Manchester United’s release

The great Ramazani will sign for the Spanish team UD Almeria after his departure from Manchester United earlier this week.

MEN Sport understands that the Belgian forward has been offered a new contract to stay at Old Trafford, but the young man has decided to look for a future elsewhere.

Ramazani has scored nine goals in 13 Premier League 2 appearances for United this season and was free to negotiate with clubs after his contract expired on Tuesday.

The nineteen-year-old made only one appearance for the first team during his three years at the club, and MEN Sport understands that playing time was a determining factor in his decision to move to Spain.

Club sources also told MEN that United was not prepared to meet the salary demands of a player who did not necessarily have a long-term future in the club.

UD Almeria is currently in fourth place in the Spanish second division, but could still earn promotions at the highest levels ahead of next season.

Turning to social media on Tuesday afternoon Ramazani confirmed his exit from the club and thanked the club for their support during his stay in England.

“I’ve prepared a text here for today,” wrote the former United States striker. “An athlete’s life is made up of challenges. Some are given to us. Others are the result of our decision to keep the light that illuminates our career, which is short.

“I want to thank the club for helping me become a better player / person and for making me and my family feel at home during my stay here.

“After all the years I can only say thank you to the club, to the fans who have supported me since the first day I wore this shirt and of course thank you and good luck to my teammates, who have helped me settle down since the first day. only as teammates but as friends / family.

“Today I say goodbye to Manchester United but I bring with me many memories, lessons and great moments that will live with me forever. It was one of the best years of my football career. In the end I want to wish the club many successes for the future and I thank the club for giving me the opportunity.

“Thanks. Largie Ramazani”
