Pulu’s pregnant woman was involved in a small car accident after she was parked on the side of the road.
Pulu was not named in the 21-man squad for this week’s game against the Broncos.

The Warriors were loaned to Penrith’s Jack Hetherington brand earlier this week after Rooster striker Poasa Faamausili was recalled after injuries to Victor Radley and Sam Verrills.
It is unclear how long Pulu will stay in New Zealand if he plays again for the rest of the season.
Regardless, the NRL successfully granted the warriors permission to start looking for another loaner to fill the void.

According to Newshub, Pulu was already one of four players who were allowed to return to New Zealand in less than three weeks.
Pulu, David Fusitu’a, Ken Maumalo and Agnatius Paasi agreed to stay in Australia until July 19, but could soon be part of a player exodus.
It was reported last week that Peter V’landys was pushing for the federal government to grant their families all exemptions for entering Australia.

They decided to stick it out after the NRL confirmed that it would continue to push the government to let the families into the country.
If this is not the case, the pressure on the game shares currently available to the club will be further increased due to the additional injury problems.
Forwards Bunty Afoa and Jackson Frei are already out of the season, while Leeson Ah Mau and Nathaniel Roache are also on the sidelines.
Full-backs Taane Milne (knee, season) and Adam Keighran (knee, round 11-13) are also out.
Todd Payten, coach of Interim Warriors, said during the week that there are already plans to seal loaners in case the trio decides to go home.
“Obviously there is a plan for these three guys. We have put together a list for the past three days and will continue to look at that list,” said Payten.

“We have created a list that is as wide as possible. I think it is wise that we are prepared for that when that happens because we have to go to the NRL, go to the clubs and get them off the line.
“It would be idiotic to just let it go until they go and then get caught with their pants down.
“There is a list that is checked on a daily basis, and if we haven’t heard anything within a week, we will likely go a little further.”
