Liverpool and Chelsea turned the night Liverpool received his championship trophy into a spectacle. There were 8 goals, most of them pearls. Chelsea is not yet sure of a ticket for the Champions League due to the defeat.

For Liverpool, in the last home game of the season, the honor was at stake to immortalize a beautiful season with a golden edge. Chelsea was sure of participation in the Champions League by winning.

Liverpool had to do nothing and was allowed to play everything. Before half-time it was 3-0 after a wonderful cannonball from Keita (see video) and an equally beautiful free kick from Alexander-Arnold (see video). Wijnaldum shot the 3-0 up close on the scoreboard. Giroud’s goal just before half-time seemed of little importance.

That sentiment got even stronger when Firmino finally scored at Anfield this season after a Alexander-Arnold cross, usually seen by Kevin De Bruyne. But Lampard’s switches paid off. Substitute Abraham immediately scored on the order of substitute Pulisic and the American made the 4-3 12 minutes later.

Oxlade-Chamberlain finally took all the stress out by making 5-3. The declarant was Robertson from the left. The festivities in Liverpool – which reportedly cost a decent sum of money – could begin.
