Good relations with the key of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s father for a new contract
Arsenal are planning to offer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang a new contract to extend his stay in the club and believe that their strong relationship with his father, who is one of the player’s representatives, will help them, according to the telegraph .
The Aubameyang contract will expire in 2021, making it a crucial summer as the Gunners decide to cash in on international Gabon or lose it for nothing next year.
However, Arsenal is reportedly determined to maintain it and believes that the financial impact of football’s three-month hiatus may limit Aubameyang’s options, leading to a new deal.

The 30-year-old has scored 17 Premier League goals this season and has done particularly well since Mikel Arteta took the helm.
Arsenal gave a boost as Atletico Madrid prepares for life without Thomas Partey
Atletico Madrid targeted Real Mallorca midfielder Iddrisu Baba to replace Thomas Partey, according to El GOL Digital .
Baba has impressed for Mallorca this season and reportedly has a £ 40 million buy-out clause, although Atleti believes he can guarantee his services for much less than what Mallorca should be demoted this season.
Their interest in Baba seems to suggest that they have resigned themselves to losing Partey, which Arteta is thought to be observing.
Partey was particularly impressive in two games against Liverpool in the Champions League shortly before the suspension.
La Liga will resume this week, with Majorca in action against Barcelona on Saturday 13 June and Atletico Madrid taking on Athletic Bilbao on Sunday 14 June.
Ray Parlor believes Arsenal should sign a midfielder
Former Arsenal midfielder Ray Parlor highlighted the attack in midfield as the Arteta area must strengthen this summer.
Speaking to talk about SPORT, he argued that the team has no ability to score goals from deeper positions.
“The goals aren’t really scattered around the team, are they with Arsenal?” Parlor said.
