The 38-year-old undefeated world boxing champion according to the WBC, IBF, WBA Super, IBO, The Ring versions in the super heavy weight Ukrainian Alexander Usyk announced that he plans to end his professional career. But not immediately.
“I want this fight [ar Deonteju Vailderu]. Deontay, too, I think. Two or three more fights,” said Usik, The Ring reports.
In the last fight, which took place on July 20 at the Wembley Stadium in London (Great Britain), Usyk met in the ring with the British Daniel Dubois. Alexander won by knockout in the fifth round. This fight was a rematch for both boxers, and the absolute super heavyweight title of the world champion was at stake.
