The Boston Celtics knocked out the Brooklyn Nets with a brutal 139-96. The 76ers also did well, after the defeat against Orlando they resumed their ride with a victory.
The Nets without Kevin Durant continue to disappoint, suffering a heavy 139-96 knockout against the Celtics.
Boston dominated early on, scoring an impressive 46 points in the first quarter alone, with Tatum contributing 18 points. At halftime, the Celtics even built a 34-point lead. Leading the team is Jayson Tatum (24) with 31 points, with six players in double figures among him. Kyrie Irving, however, led the Brooklyn Nets with 20 points.

The Philadelphia 76ers bounced back from Monday’s loss to the Orlando Magic with a sharp 105-94 against the Magic. The Sixers, reinvigorated, redeemed themselves with a convincing victory thanks to 28 points by Joel Embiid and 26 by James Harden. Harden narrowly missed out on a triple-double, finishing with nine rebounds and 10 assists, with a tally that included six three-pointers.

In Memphis, prolific Damian Lillard (32) had 42 points for the second straight game as the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Grizzlies 122-112. Lillard, who also dished 10 assists and eight rebounds, moving tied with Shaquille O’Neal to 19th on the list of players with the most 40-point games in NBA history. Ja Morant finished with 32 points for Memphis, who led by 12 points at one point before Portland rallied. “We were under, and they are a great team, but We are a team that has gone through a lot this season and we feel we have hit rock bottomLillard said. With this win, Portland moved into 11th place in the Western Conference, just outside the play-ins.
In Minneapolis, however, the Minnesota Timberwolves avenged their heaviest loss of the season with a 119-114 overtime win against the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors had defeated the Timberwolves 137-114 in November, but found more difficulties on Wednesday. Although Stephen Curry (34) had 29 points for Golden State, Minnesota pulled off the win thanks to big contributions from D’Angelo Russell (29 points), Anthony Edwards (27) and Naz Reid (24).
