J.3: G. Mulero, the MVP from Madrid
Eight seasons in FEB Competitions, a total of six in the LEB Plata League and two in the ranks of a Clínica Ponferrada SDP with which he confirmed this weekend the first MVP of his career. For this reason, Guille Mulero, from Madrid, will not forget a day in which he has become the king of trap in a competition in which his 36-point PIR was not quite enough to be able to beat EnerParking Navarra.
He had the best game of his career in the LEB Plata League and did so with a PIR of 36 points, with which he put the fans of the Clínica Ponferrada SDP on their feet again and again. And it was not for less since the Madrid outsider became the owner and lord of the game on both sides of the track and during his 40 minutes of play. A player who starred in a night with 34 points (8/9 TL and 12/19 TC), 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 fouls received that served as the main support towards victory.
Despite this, the king of the trap of the Castilian-Leonese team could not turn his great performance into a victory since EnerParking Navarra was able to wait for its moment to reach the final stretch of the clash with a greater number of options. A defeat that does not tarnish, far from it, the work done with a performance with which to look optimistically to the future.
