If you were one of the many waiting for ARC Raiders to release this year, I’m sorry to tell you that you’re going to be very disappointed. Like many other titles set to release later this year, ARC Raiders will not arrive in 2022.
This was recently announced by Embark Studios, the studio behind the development of this ambitious title, through a brief statement posted recently on ARC Raiders social media. As they explain, in order to create the best possible experience, the Swedish studio has decided to delay the release of its title until 2023.

ARC Raiders is coming to Xbox X Series X|S sometime in 2023.
Although its release was initially scheduled for the end of the year, we will have to wait a little longer to enjoy this promising title; an ambitious proposal that will lead us to fight alongside our companions the various headquarters of the ARC, a mechanized threat from space.
ARC Raiders is an ambitious game, and we will use this extra time to develop the experience and allow it to reach its full potential. We’ll give more details as we start testing the game more thoroughly with players.
ARC Raiders is a third-person cooperative shooter in which we must survive, or at least try, the constant siege of the ARC threat. To do this, it will be essential to work closely with our team to plan and execute strategies that will bring us victory thanks to our knowledge of the field and the abilities of our teammates.
ARC Raiders will be available in Free to Play from 2023 on Xbox X|S Series, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
