It is undeniable, currently the name Siti Fadia has become one of the highlights of Indonesian badminton fans because of her charming appearance with Apriyani Rahayu.
Most recently, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia won the Singapore Open 2022 in the women’s doubles sector, winning over the Chinese pair, Zhang Shu Xian/Zheng Yu, Sunday (17/07/22).
In the final which took place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Apriyani/Fadia managed to win two straight games, with a score of 21-14 and 21-17 over Zhang Shu Xian/Zheng Yu.
This victory at the Singapore Open 2022 is the third title for Apriyani/Fadia from the six tournaments they have participated in since winning the 2021 SEA Games badminton gold (May) and the Malaysia Open 2022 champions.
After the triumph at the Singapore Open 2022, many appreciations came to Apriyani/Fadia, starting from the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, PBSI, badminton legends, to all fans.
Various compliments emerged starting from the appreciation for their cohesiveness as a new couple in the Indonesian women’s doubles sector.
However, something interesting was actually present when Siti Fadia suddenly protested with a joke to Apriyani Rahayu who she considered selfish.
Because of this, Apriyani Rahayu turned out to be just a photo alone holding the Singapore Open 2022 champion trophy without inviting Siti Fadia.
