The arrival of summer means the rest of the municipal sports schools after a course full of work, discipline and competitions where the youth base of Almeria sports give their best to achieve good results personally and collectively.
In the case of judo, the Alianza KSV municipal sports school held a school meeting at the San Ildefonso Diocesan School to put the finishing touch to the season that has been very positive for the club, thanks to the titles achieved and the activities carried out.
The event was attended by 71 participants from 5 to 12 years old and also, in the facilities of the educational center, athletes from the Yacht Club, Asalsido, the Mar Mediterráneo, Saladares, Altaduna, British School and San Ildefonso schools met.
The Councilor for Sports, Juanjo Segura, also attended to accompany the athletes who were supported by their families in the event where there was no lack of fun and camaraderie.
In addition, the event featured the exhibition of Adrián Gómez, Asalsido’s student, who is a first degree black belt by the Spanish Judo Federation. And, later, Juanjo Segura proceeded to deliver a plaque in recognition of the center, on the occasion of his support for the city’s sport that helps to promote the values and virtues of the youngest from the base.
