Once the season ended with a bad taste in the mouth, with no options to win the League and eliminated in the semifinals of the Euroleague, always with Real Madrid as the executioner, Barça basketball has already started working to set up the squad for next year. One of the players who will not be there is Nigel Hayes-Davis, who announced on social media that he is leaving Barça to try his luck at another club.

The 27-year-old winger came from the Lithuanian Zalgiris Kaunas and performed well in the first months of the competition, although his performance has been declining as time has passed. His numbers have been quite discreet and, in the regular season, he has scored 5.9 points per game and 2.8 rebounds. Even the Barça coach, Sarunas Jasikecivius, had even ruled him out in some matches, leaving him out of the squad. The club did not want to renew it either and in the coming days more entry and exit movements are expected to be made public.
