Dear badminton friends,
The 10th MRTT (Mix Double Recreational Team Tournament) will be organized on October 16 this year. If you want to participate in this, please let me know as soon as possible. You can register with a full team, but also as a mixed couple or individually, then teams will be formed from the registrations.
Costs for participating in this tournament are € 42.50 per team. A team must consist of at least 2 men and 2 women, there is no maximum, but more than 6 people per team is unusual. As soon as I have registered the teams and have received a confirmation, I will send a payment request.

For those unfamiliar with the tournament, here’s a brief explanation:
During this tournament, you and your team play mixed-doubles matches throughout the day, where you decide which players from the team play which match. Play takes place according to a rotating schedule. Each match has a fixed playing time. So it’s about playing as much as possible, because your team is never knocked out.
An excellent tournament for the “recreational” players of Badminton Netherlands and possibly. guest players. Whether you have the correct playing strength for this tournament will be determined by yourself, assuming that this takes place based on your own experience and knowledge. After all, it is a tournament in which recreational badminton and having fun are central.

Yonex Dutch Open
The tournament will be hosted simultaneously with the Yonex Dutch Open, providing an opportunity to watch top badminton in the same complex. Because with your participation in the MRTT, you get free access to the final day of the 73rd Yonex Dutch Open.
The combination of playing a lot yourself and watching the top-level final matches of the Dutch Open makes this day a unique event!
